Dokhtar Shoorab Castle
This stone castle is located in about 15 km distance from Gonabad at the heights around Shoorab Village. Dokhtar Shoorab Castle is one of Sassanid's defensive and military buildings and consists of three architectural spaces. Nowadays, many of its parts have been dismantled as debris from east to west. The presence of mills in the vicinity of the castle has added to the importance of this area.
